FAQ
To capture your experience, photos may be taken before or after your thermal journey. It’s a great way to record how you felt when you arrived and your overall feeling of wellness after your immersive experience!
The comfort and privacy of all our guests is important to us. No cameras or cellphones will be tolerated on-site during opening hours.
FAQ
The concept of thermotherapy is simple – hot-cold-relax. Your immersive journey involves extreme temperatures, and the benefits are proportional to your commitment at each stage.
The hot-cold-relax cycle is proven to both energize and soothe the body, improving blood flow and activating the lymphatic system to help detoxify. It also actively promotes the release of endorphins, also known as the “feel-good hormones.” You will feel rejuvenated in body and mind.
