FAQ Blue Mountain

What should I do if a behaviour makes me uncomfortable?

If the pressure, technique or draping does not feel right, you can say so and your massage provider or therapist will adjust to your needs.

You can end the session at any time, without having to explain why.

Do not hesitate to speak to our team at the front desk, or write to us after your visit at info@scandinaveblue.com. Every situation is taken seriously. We will follow up as needed and, when required, immediate measures will be applied to ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone.

Authenticity, respect, and professionalism are Scandinave Spa’s core values. Any behavior or practice that makes our guests feel uncomfortable is unacceptable. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward all forms of inappropriate conduct.

FAQ Blue Mountain

Can a minor sign the waiver and health forms on their own?

Minors are required to fill out a special waiver upon arrival. An off-site emergency contact is mandatory for 16 & 17 year olds.

For 14-and-15-year-olds, the parent or legal guardian is required to sign the Release and Discharge and the Health forms on their behalf.

FAQ Blue Mountain

What is considered a parent or legal guardian?

A parent or guardian means any natural parent, adoptive parent, foster parent, stepparent, or any person who has assumed responsibility for the care, custody or control of a child or upon whom there is a legal duty for such care.

A brother or sister is not a parent or a legal guardian unless they assume responsibility for the care, custody or control of the child or there is a legal duty for such care.

In the case of a couple, one adult and one minor, the adult is neither considered a parent nor a legal guardian.

FAQ Blue Mountain

What happens if a minor arrives without a parent or legal guardian or without proper ID?

Minor guests who do not meet the age requirements or cannot provide government-issued photo ID will be unable to access the Spa. We advise all guests to arrive prepared to show government-issued photo ID to ensure they can access the Spa.

FAQ Blue Mountain

Can a purchased gift card be split into several gift cards?

No, a purchased gift card cannot be divided into separate cards or denominations. For flexibility, we recommend purchasing the exact number of gift cards needed, each in the preferred amount.
