FAQ Blue Mountain

Can a minor sign the waiver and health forms on their own?

Minors are required to fill out a special waiver upon arrival. An off-site emergency contact is mandatory for 16 & 17 year olds.

For 14-and-15-year-olds, the parent or legal guardian is required to sign the Release and Discharge and the Health forms on their behalf.

FAQ Blue Mountain

What is considered a parent or legal guardian?

A parent or guardian means any natural parent, adoptive parent, foster parent, stepparent, or any person who has assumed responsibility for the care, custody or control of a child or upon whom there is a legal duty for such care.

A brother or sister is not a parent or a legal guardian unless they assume responsibility for the care, custody or control of the child or there is a legal duty for such care.

In the case of a couple, one adult and one minor, the adult is neither considered a parent nor a legal guardian.

FAQ Blue Mountain

What happens if a minor arrives without a parent or legal guardian or without proper ID?

Minor guests who do not meet the age requirements or cannot provide government-issued photo ID will be unable to access the Spa. We advise all guests to arrive prepared to show government-issued photo ID to ensure they can access the Spa.

FAQ Blue Mountain

Can a purchased gift card be split into several gift cards?

No, a purchased gift card cannot be divided into separate cards or denominations. For flexibility, we recommend purchasing the exact number of gift cards needed, each in the preferred amount.
